INTRODUCTION
Your use of the Site and services are governed by the following Terms and Conditions which are incorporated herein. PROHIBITED CONTENT BY MINVEST
You agree that you will not upload content that:
- Violates any policy posted on the Minvest photos website.
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
YOUR USE OF THE MINVEST PHOTOS SITE
You certify that the content you provide on or through the Minvest photos site is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account details including username, password. Minvest photos will not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of our account. You agree that Minvest photos does not have any responsibility if you lose or share access to your device.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the product, as well as all delivery and handling charges and applicable taxes.
Price information & Product availability
Pricing or availability errors may occur on the Minvest photos site. The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. Minvest photos reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or availability errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or delivery notice from Minvest photos. Minvest photos may, its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
PRIVACY
You acknowledge that any personal information that you provide through Minvest photos sites will be used by Minvest photos in accordance the Minvest photos’ privacy policy, which may be updated from time to time.

VIOLATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the event of violation of Terms, the Company in its sole discretion may pursue any of its legal remedies, including but not limited to cancellation of your account without notice.
